General Description[]

Mr. Kebun is a co-founder and the leader of Chang Gang. He is a Sergeant in the U.S. Army and was previously a Solo Cadet for the Los Santos Police Department, Badge #686.
Mr. K is a self-described native of Puerto Rico with a notably thick accent. A heavy drug user and adrenaline junkie, he is frequently injured as a result of his often reckless behavior, spontaneous antics. His spirit animal is the dragon, which he embodies when brandishing his cursed katana engraved with dragon energy.
Despite his often playful attitude and sympathetic demeanor, Mr. K is a very dangerous man and is regarded by many as the "Final Boss" of the Los Santos crime world due to his experience, excellent knowledge of warfare, and his position as the leader of the strongest criminal gang in the city. When focused, he is known to be a very strategic thinker and is highly experienced in ambushes and urban combat tactics, leading Chang Gang into shootouts—against police and enemy gangs alike—with a level-head and often coming out on top regardless of the cards handed to him. K is a level-headed and reasonable crime boss if you approach him with respect, but a ruthless and violent force of nature if you get on his bad side.

Due to the shocking tragedy of Mr. Wang Chang, Chang Gang had to seek out help from a top level scientist to try and restore what was left from Mr. Chang's brain. The gang planned and organized a heist led by Mr. Chang's stepson, Tony Macaloni and Chang Gang member Uchiha Jones (a cybernetic human himself) to steal a new Boston Dynamics cybernetic human body from humane labs research and development facility. After the heist was successfully finished, Chang Gang contacted one of the worlds best doctors Dr. Singh, from Pillbox Medical Center to transfer Mr. Chang's consciousness to the new cybernetic body, but it wasn't going to be easy. With the help of Dr. Singh, Chang Gang managed to steal Mr. Chang from intensive care at Pillbox Medical and then preceded to the next destination, the morgue. The kidnapping of Mr. Chang triggered a state wide announcement alerting all police forces. Once the group arrived at the morgue, they quickly unloaded the two bodies and proceeded to the top floor for Dr. Singh to begin his transfer of the bodies. About 20 minutes into the procedure, police started swarming the area and a large shootout began to occur. Fully automatic gunfire was heard throughout the city and local news began to cover the story live on air. After a bloody showdown with police and the successful procedure by Dr. Singh, Chang Gang got to see Mr. Kebun being born. His body is fully composed of cybernetic torso, arms, legs, and a shoko (penis) produced from Boston Dynamics (in collaboration with Pillbox Medical and SpaceSex). |

Jan 30th 2024 The PD send Mr K into Demon Mode Mr K woke up in a "mood," immediately, the only thought on his mind was to attack Mary and Mosleys. After scouting Mosleys, and burning down Mary's house once more, they met up with Dundee, to which they recruit into their "party" to take down Mosleys. They come up with a plan to bring a tanker truck to Mosleys and blow it up. They steal someone's group6 cab to pick up a fuel tanker and proceed to the Casino for the final touches of the plan. After being warned by Vinny that there was alot of cops there, they still decided to proceed with the plan. Once there, Dundee proceeds to back the truck into the mosleys garage area; as soon as he detached the front cab, he was shot at by officers, to which they also hit the tanker truck and blew up 6+ cars, and 6 - 10 people. Mr K and Ramee did not fire a shot at the tanker, while Dundee survived the blast, then was chased to eventually arrested. Mr K was called down to MRPD to represent Dundee as a legal aid, when down there, he tried to prove that the cops blew up the fuel tanker, and are the real ones at fault in this situation. Due to his hard stance on the matter, the arresting officer went to get a superior (in this case Captain Ruth); When Ruth arrived, after arguing with Mr K, proceeded to arrest Mr K on a raid warrant that they wrote after letting Mr K go the previous day. Mr K despite arguing with Ruth about the charges, and sequence of events, was unable to speak his side of the encounter, and Ruth proceeded with an approved raid by Judge Gatsby. During the raid, Mr K was almost charged with Contempt, when he was unable to pull out his worker vehicles, because the PD did not want to give him a sim card... which is needed. After calling a judge down, and some descalation by Squarez and Cornwood; Mr K was eventually able to pull out the vehicles, they then proceeded to Mr Ks properties. Once inside, K was distracted enough for the PD to also enter, and begin moving the Buses, K getting angry at this, tries to ram and block the buses from leaving to no avail. He then proceeds to drive around the jail a number of times. After speaking with Cornwood 1 on 1, K is finally taken into custody again, and let free from prison after being charged. Mr K has mentioned a number of times through the scenario, to Cops and fellow gang members alike; that he is going Demon Mode, and the PD is to blame, they forced him into this by targeting him at every turn.... Mr K is out for vengeance. |

Mar 5th 2024 Mr K gets Expunged Dab’s speech for K’s pardon: Mr. Kebun is a victim of circumstance. A victim of shoddy policework and willful negligence. A man whose hopes and dreams were dashed early by failure to follow procedure upon the LSPD's part - a man that was shot down not far from his own home while those believed to be the perpetrators were allowed to walk free following several admitted errors by officers themselves during the court case pertaining to this incident. The Dragon of Los Santos has a checkered past so far as law enforcement is concerned; when the government collapsed, however, he - like many others returning to Los Santos - was possessed of a true entrepreneurial spirit. A fresh start. The abilitato live a life that had not been lived prior. To eschew all former stipulations and stigmas - to begin life anew in a city that desperately required a new and fresh coat of paint. Throughout the course of this incident: • Captain Slacks admitted under oath that they did not detain and GSR test every suspect on scene • Officer Vivienne Grey is the one that admitted to not GSR testing Barry Svensen, one of the suspects • Despite this, Mr. K's medical care was interrupted (pulled out of the ambulence) to be GSR tested (he was negative) • He was still treated as the primary criminal regardless • No investigation was done as to which gun shot Mr. K • In the official police report, a game of telephone was played in which Mr Ks statement was paraphrased in such a way to make him appear stupid • Ramee E-Rahman's statement was not included in the actual police report despite his presence on scene A unanimous vote by Canter, Judge Crane and Mayor Dab got Mr.K pardoned. He was refunded his 30k. |

Mar 6th 2024 Mr K gets Sentenced to 2.5 Years in Prison At the request of Tessa Lamb, because Cletus Cornwood killed a dolphin for Dab and Siobhan's wedding ceremony, Mr. K tried to kidnap Cornwood to hand over to Tessa to be killed. While he was successful in kidnapping him, Cornwood couldn't sign out in Paleto PD for whatever reason. The cops find K and Cornwood, and chased them into the river, where K swam. K had taken Cornwood's radio and gun to not get fucked, and K was able to drop the gun, taser, and radio in the river. Despite that, K spent 3 hours being interrogated by Slacks, which originally was going to be a 1300 month charge. However, it got extended to 1727 months for robbing a cop plus evading, resisting arrest, and the gun coming back to the assassination of Judge Jackson and Philippa Canter Attempted 2nd Degree Murder, 2x attempted Murder of a Government Employee, 4x Criminal Use of a Firearm, 1x Criminal Possession of a Class 1 Firearm). However while Cornwood was trying to list all the charges and figure a point where to reduce them, another charge of criminal possession of a government-issued firearm ended-up being legally added and stayed mostly because of the hostile attitude of Mr K . Therefore, K's grand total of charges amounted to 3167 months and a $152,330 fine, with 2 points on his license. |
