Post Clown-Mime War, Moose Knuckles has not been happy with the direction of re-organization which the clowns have pursued, seeing it as a power grab. He was also violently attacked for hesitating to acquiesce to the rules of the New Clown Order. As a result, Moose has been a conscientious objector to the NCO and has talked up a new clown organization, the Everlasting Clowns of Humble Origins (ECHO), to other clown skeptics as a rival.
