Ming Phong, better known as MP, is a former member of Del Perro-based criminal syndicate Seaside. Hyperactivity has a human form, and its name is MP.
This fast-talking gangster is usually found rolling around town with his boys or making business deals. Ming is ride or die for his gang, unquestioningly loyal to his leader and ready to “let the dog out” with a moment’s notice (aka, his realistic chihuahua bark impersonation).
Background[]
Born in Vietnam, Ming was adopted by Jay Breezy with his then-girlfriend Lisa in a failed bid to save their relationship.
Jay introduced Ming to his gang, Seaside, not long after joining the crew himself. Ming became an official hangaround on September 29, 2022 and was blooded in two months later on November 23. He was in this role when the gang was placed 'on hold'/disbanded in December 2023.
