Overview[]
Milton's Mods is a mechanic and vehicle modification shop founded by Finley Milton, a talented designer and master mechanic who specializes in custom liveries. It is located at the corner of Crusade Road and Little Bighorn Avenue, in a defunct Auto Re-Perez lot.
History[]
Steven Dawson and Ivy Grayson were early investors. Steve invested $25,000 towards a business license and Ivy purchased a bench for $25,000, plus an extra $10,000 for operating costs.
The business was pre-approved on the 1st of April 2024 and formally approved on the 15th of June 2024 by then-Mayor Maximilian Thoroughbred.
On the 9th of June 2024, Finn hired Maximillian Angel to assist the backend of the business.
Housing[]

Roy Lowenstein Boulevard 11
Milton's got its start building parts on a shared workbench located in a house owned by Finn's MC leader, Barry Benson. Finn was an early investor in the investment property, located in the Southside at Roy Lowenstein Boulevard 10, which was purchased on the 28th of December 2023 for $157,650. The house's bench was purchased the following day for $25,000.
Finn began investing in multiple benches for his business, and soon had round-the-clock parts being built. Realizing he was outgrowing the shared housing investment, he sought another property that could be utilized solely by Milton's employees.
Finn purchased the house next door, Roy Lowenstein Boulevard 11, for $271,040 on the 16th of April 2024. Generous contributions from his investors and employees, including Rue Day, James Roo, and Jace Reed, helped Finn raise the funds for the property in less than a week.
On the 12th of July 2024, the office on the Milton's lot, LIttle Bighorn Avenue 26, came available on the market. It was purchased by Patar Bellosh for $374,400, who flipped the property, relisting it for $500,000 right before Finn held him at gunpoint. Patar offered to sell it to Finn for $400,000, but loyal customer Rick Pickle immediately purchased the property in order to hold it for Milton's Mods. Finn took out a loan from the club for $300,00 and purchased the property from Rick for $490,000, along with the promise of some free repairs in the future.
In exchange for the loan from ADMC, Finn agreed to transfer Roy Lowenstein Boulevard 11 over to Shang Liu for it to become the club's Laundromat.
