General Description[]
Mike "Rusty" Kowalski is the Vice President of the Lost MC. He was the Vice Prime Minister of the Bondi Boys & Babes MC.
Background Information[]
Prior to his arrival to Los Santos, Mike Kowalski had been raising an adopted daughter named Luna Ray Sinclair as his own, after he killed her biological parents. However, once Luna started seeing him as her biological father, Mike would start to become abrasive and intentionally avoidant since then.
Leaving her behind at a fire station, Mike fled to Los Santos, hoping to surround himself with enough danger that his adopted daughter would stop speaking to him anymore in the event that she tracks him down, though he has mentioned that he would later regret abandoning her under duress.
History[]
Mike had initially found work as a mechanic at Mosley's Auto on December 17, 2023 under Irwin Dundee, the manager and foreman at the time. Dundee originally gave him the nickname of "Redneck", given his interest in conspiracy theories and MKUltra, but eventually settled on "Rusty" over time, which was coincidentally the same name as Rusty Wrench.
During his tenure at Mosley's Auto, he worked with fellow mechanics like James Kelly.
Due to conflicts with Mosley's Auto, Rusty took Dundee's side and left for Popular Motorworks on January 13, 2024.
Climbing the Ranks[]

Shortly after, Dundee would offer Rusty the opportunity to become a hangaround for a Vespucci-based club, yet to be named, on January 15, 2024. The club would eventually materialize as the new reborn iteration of the Bondi Boys MC on January 23, 2024.
On January 25, 2024, the club unknowingly attacked Finley Milton and Shang Liu, who were not in their kuttes, while looking for a car in front of Central Los Santos Medical Center. This altercation enraged the Already Dead MC who ended up finding Rusty dumping their car in Cypress Flats. Rusty was then taken to a secluded beach where they attempted to question him, took his phone, then Shang bashed him with a wrench and took his left eye. Upon relaying the incident, both Rusty and the club agreed to not dwell on it.
He eventually found his old phone on March 2, 2024, after it was discovered inside a dumpster by fellow club associate Jace Reed, but Rusty reacted negatively since it reminded him of what the ADMC did to him. As a result, he ended up throwing his old phone into the ocean, as it symbolized his previous life as Mike Kowalski, and he proudly declared, "My name, Rusty. I live in fucking Vespucci."
After several weeks of hard work and proving himself, it was decided amongst that club that Rusty would become a Prospect of the Bondi Boys MC on March 9, 2024, then he was automatically promoted to Patched Member with the realignment on May 7, 2024. Then on June 7, 2024, Rusty was promoted to Enforcer by Prime Minister Irwin Dundee.
Vice Prime Minister[]
Rusty becomes Vice Prime Minister.
Later that month, Rusty discovered that Bobby Beldrum had a hidden relationship with a police officer, so Rusty shot the officer, dumped her body into the ocean, and discarded both of their phones to destroy the evidence. In turn, Prime Minister Irwin Dundee was very impressed by Rusty's handling of the situation, his leadership abilities, and how their minds seemed to mesh well, so he decided to appoint Rusty as the Vice Prime Minister of the Bondi Boys MC on June 27, 2024.
After being tasked with staging Flops Rainman and Tiene Koski's blooding out, Rusty started building the case against Gheto Kaiba so the club would unanimously understand why he needed to be removed. During this, Rusty began dating a lifer named Terra Reign and married her around July 22, 2024. Once the Kaiba situation was handled by August 11, 2024, Rusty began seeing Dr. Naya Nashville, actively cheating on Terra, but then Naya bought a Brioso for Rusty, paid for all the customizations, and it's implied that the two slept together. Rusty would then divorce Terra and marry Naya on August 21, 2024.

Joining the Lost MC[]
On December 2, 2024, Rusty return from his exile, and eventually was reunited and picked up from the hospital by Flossie Grey, now the President of the Lost MC. Both Flossie and Rusty picked up food, and occasionally met and spoke with Sergeant Ruby York. While waiting for their food, Rusty also reunite with then now former Patched Member Bobby Beldrum by phone. Both Rusty and Flossie talked in private about Rusty's past life in the now disbanded BBMC and his frustration with the club and wanted to murder Edgar Del Castillo by blaming him for Rusty's downfall for the pervious club. Flossie then asked Rusty to join the Lost MC as a Patched Member (though not officially), and even though he first thought about it, he eventually accepts due to Flossie and Rusty's friendship. On December 15, 2024, Lost MC President Flossie bring Rusty to a house, bring Rusty to the kitchen table by telling him take off his kutte, which to Rusty's surprise that Flossie sew up a Vice President patch on Rusty's kutte, as well telling Rusty that she wanted Rusty to be her Vice President, which Rusty later accepts the offer, officially becoming the Vice President.
