Michael Price is a civilian working for PDM and Vultur Le Culture, he was around often during the start of 3.0.
When Chang Gang got into simultaneous wars with the Ballas and Gulag Gang a common tactic used by both rival gangs was to shoot and rob gallery employees as both gangs had a large presence in the AU timezone when Chang Gang had the least members available. Due to the relentless attacks stopping business, Ramee called Michael Price to come back to Los Santos after a short departure, with his primary role to work at the Gallery as security, which he could do legally with his gun licence. Together with other employees such as Chloe Blanc and Chad Brodie, they fended off attacks from each gangs and thwarted their attempts at disrupting business[1], until the wars had ended and things could return back to normal at the Gallery.
