Description

Meg Orion, also known as Cupcake, is an a clown and was previously an OG Member of the Clowncil.

Among the Clowns, Cupcake is perhaps one of the more cautious of the bunch. In addition, she regularly uses polite oratory. Confusing her more mild-mannered nature with pacifism would be a huge mistake, however, since she is just as fun-loving and potentially violent as the rest of the Clowns.

Cupcake has only periodically appeared in Los Santos since the end of the economic collapse and the Mime War, but she has recently begun to be around more. She associates with the The Funhouse Clowns and also hangs out with The Neon Circus. She often hangs out with one of the newest clowns, Buttons, telling him Clown lore.
