Meelo Graves is a criminal, originally from England, who now lives in Los Santos. He is a main member of R.U.S.T and infamous street racer 'Nex', an original member in Redline, Tony Corleone's racing crew, and it's subgroup known as RUSTLINE. He is well known for his driving skills along with being a main recruiter for R.U.S.T.
