Maximillian Angel started out as a news reporter for LSBN. He was the CEO of the Liquid Library, Hero Wine, and Oni Parts. Although Commandant Yeager Demonblood offered Max a position as his right-hand man to govern Sanguine Isle, Max chose to wait until his tenure as Deputy Mayor for Lang Buddha ended before considering the offer--but then instead accepted a new position in Cerberus as their Director of Support (and later as a Task Force Head for AEGIS). After serving as the Deputy Mayor for Andi Jones, Max served as the 10th and final Mayor of Los Santos--before the government collapsed due to the devastation of the Sanguine Isle war.
