Max Minner is a bald, white, default male with no eyebrows who wears a black ski mask, blacked out sunglasses, and a black motorcycle helmet along with all-black clothing. He is concerned only with making as much money as possible in the shortest amount of time possible, and with the least effort imaginable. Usually, this consists of standing still while holding a box until someone passes by and buys the box.
Max often sells items outside MRPD, Pillbox, and the Alta Street Apartments. Luckily he has a pass from Mike Block to sell at the third location, acquired by selling a bunch of random garbage for Mike.
Max shuns human interaction whenever possible, insisting that others not waste his time unless they're giving him money.
