MaxSec (unrelated to the term “maximum security prison”) was an informal and (intended to be) unpaid security team, a private militia created to protect Maximilian Thoroughbred during and after the January 2024 mayoral election.
Its Brigadier General and current head, Brick James, also ran a subsidiary known as BrickSec.
It was dissolved on February 8, 2024 due to lack of funds, after several members complained even after Maximilian willingly paid them.
