Massacre at Burn Island (2022) is a slasher horror film created and produced in Los Santos by LSBN Studios.

Synopsis[]

Six summer camp counselors arrive on Burn Island a day early to prepare for camp and spend much of the preparation time socializing and flirting rather than working. This soon attracts the attention of a dark and mysterious masked figure who wastes little time stalking and hunting down the delinquent counselors throughout the night.

Production Notes[]

Principal photography for Massacre at Burn Island took place over several weeks starting in late July 2022. The majority of full cast filming was completed on July 23 and August 1, with partial cast filming continuing on August 6, 7, and 8.

The film was shot entirely on location at Burn Island, off the east coast of San Andreas.

Camera operation included the use of traditional handheld cameras in addition to drone photography technology necessary to achieve tracked and aerial shots.

Re-shoots, audio capture, and additional photography necessary to complete the film project took place throughout August, largely directed by Charity Deimos and Richie Nickel.

Premiere and Critical Reception[]

Massacre at Burn Island premiered to a large crowd at the LSBN Cinema in Los Santos on September 8th 2022 at 9PM EST, with follow-up premiere showings on September 9th at 4AM and 12PM noon EST.

Throughout the premiere, a large volume of Twatter social media traffic commented on the film, lauding elements such as "Big Phil" McGroin's performance as an "ERP god" and demanding justice for Mason Horbees. After the premiere, Twatter user Sophie Sanders rated the movie 5 stars.
