Description[]
Marley is a clown. Born in Munich, Germany and relocated to Chicago, Illinois when he was 3 years old. Not much is known about his childhood due to a traumatic brain injury which has caused gaps in his memory and deterioration of his mental state. Due to not knowing who he was and only knowing his government name, Micah Jollenbeck, from his ID, he wanted to make something of himself, and build himself up as a person he would be proud of, if he met his childhood self. Micah went to school and learned what it took to become an Emergency Services Technician, and worked around Chicago. Set on this goal of finally becoming who he is, he started climbing the ranks, eventually becoming a captain. He eventually found a lot about himself, outgoing, loyal, not letting his injury define him as a lost individual with no past. Inevitably, he found love. But this sadly was short lived as his flame was caught in a house fire and died of asphyxiation. This event, caused Micah to spiral. He started missing work, drinking, missing payments, losing his material possessions. For the first time in a long while, he began regressing. Forgetting who he built, eventually leading him to a life on the streets. Living day by day by a meal or fix. Some of the locals he lived with under the Lower Wacker Dr overpass started calling him Marley. He started painting his face to help himself “see” who he is, because when he saw his reflection without it, he didn’t recognize the man staring back at him.
He eventually got enough fair for a ticket to Los Santos, where he met his friends who run in Chaos Crew.
Chaos Crew gifted him the clown nose he wears today.

Marley is a tall, gruff-looking man with white and black face paint, with purple accents and a bright-red clown nose. He also has a rough, gravely deep voice not typical of most clowns within Los Santos.
