Marcell Miller, a 23 year old man originally from New York City, that moved to LS in order to kickstart his graphic design business. He specializes in logo design, but also works in the video editing department and motion animation side of things to help create assets, trailers, and the like for businesses across the country. After hearing of the booming business industry in Los Santos, and the influx of citizens that come in and out of the city, he made the jump and moved, almost as the "struggling artist" approach, but not necessarily struggling... yet. He knew about things like the abnormally high crime rate, but it didn't bother him. As long as he stayed inside most of the time, he figured he would be fine. Things were great at first. He was able to find a apartment directly across from a train stop, everything was located central to him, and he was had a few regulars in the city that would come to him for work, but it wasn't enough to keep him afloat. A few months pass, and the money started running out. With no more customers coming through, he needed to do something, fast. Walking down to the local 24-7 one night, he saw something in the corner of his eye, someone was getting mugged. It was none of his business, so he ignored it and went into the store. Upon coming out, the masked men jumped him with pistols directly to his head. Screaming "WHAT DID YOU SEE?" Marcell quickly reiterated that he didn't see anything, expecting to get kidnapped or shot. Police sirens start blaring, and the men leave. As they were leaving, Marcell notices something that drops out of ones pocket, a cell phone. He quickly picks it up and runs back to his apartment, not wanting to stay to answer to police for hours. When he got back to his room, he looked inside and saw a lot of contacts that dealt in illegal dealings. Drug dealers, hitmen, corrupt officers and everything else under the sun that could identify as a criminal. Hesitant, but realizing that he needed money, he called one of the numbers on a whim. Someone answered with a masked voice, and Marcell explained his situation. The man on the phone told him to go to a location that had a dumpster nearby and check it in 30 minutes. Marcell went to the location, naively thinking that he was already at rock bottom anyway, so if he dies, its probably deserved. Arriving to the location, he checks the dumpster, which contains a pistol and clothing that would mask his identity. Inside of the clothing, was a note related to stores to rob, but no instructions on anything else he needed. With this, Marcell quickly grabbed his findings, and got ready to start his life of crime in secrecy. |

- Marcell's nickname is "Willis", as given to him after he met Charles Johnson.
- After returning to the city in March 2022, Marcell's first crime was Weapons Trafficking, which he beat and got dropped later in court.
