Marcel King is an Officer for the Blaine County Sheriff's Office, Badge #338.
Background Information[]
Marcel was born and raised in the South Side. One day he watched his brother get shot down by cops in his own backyard. The police thought Marcel's brother had weed on him which turned out to be false. Witnessing the injustice himself, Marcel made the decision to make it through academy and become a police officer.
Joining the force, he hopes to be the change in the PD that he wish he saw for his brother. He tries to do community outreach to the best of his ability, attempting to establish a good relationship with the civilians regardless of the path they choose because even bank robbing, cop shooting criminals are people too.
