| Mai is a self proclaimed drama queen, she will often overreact to situations and give advice to her friends that result in them over reacting as well. She is non-committal but tries her hardest to remain committed to the person she loves, oftentimes struggling with herself to do so. She has a guilty conscience and often blames herself for things when there is minor reason to do so. She can be hot headed in situations where she feels she's been wronged, shooting first and thinking later. Overall, her friends and gang are most important to her, and she is a great friend to all. |

| Mai grew up in a small remote Polish village with a population of around 1000. In an area where everyone knows each other, her parents put a lot of pressure on her, especially as their only child, to always present herself in the best light and compartmentalize the rest in order to keep up appearances. On her parent's homestead, she was taught to be the "ideal wife" while also being instructed to work hard, study hard, and keep her complaints to a minimal.
At age 18, Mai met the much older man her parents chose for her to marry and take over the family's farm with. Despite her life leading up to this moment, when she was forced to face the music and be an adult, she ran away from home in the middle night and traveled Europe. Living minimally, she worked hard day and night, often indulging in American TV Dramas before deciding to move to Los Santos. Because of her upbringing, Mai is very social, religious and appears well rounded but on the inside she's superficial yet insecure and prone to outbursts because the world is not the little bubble or castle on a hill her parents raised her to be accustomed to. |
