Lyra is known to criminals and the Los Santos Police Department as the girl who passes out at the sound of gunshots. She can often be found opposite Pillbox Medical or cliff-diving into the ocean.
She is the sister of Cayde Six a lawyer and the reason she won't ever be fully a legal citizen. He told her she disappeared and she chose to be found.
She doesn't remember a lot from before Los Santos but her therapist recommended the move to help her 'get over' her fear.
