General Description[]
Luke Atar, one of Los Santos' funniest residents, is a British criminal that is an OG for The Manor. While his banter is understood by many people from his neck of the alley, he is regarded as an angry brit by others and his jokes can be miscommunicated as hateful speech. Luke is also the leader of the Morning Crew, or Morning Morons—a group of Manor members & friends of the gang that operate during EU Storm doing heists and crime activity.
Pre-Economic Collapse[]
Luke was acquainted with Seaside, through Terry Linkston who introduced him to the group. He always aspired to join them, voicing his intent to KJ that he believed he had found a batch of people who he gelled with. He wound involve himself in petty crime, an example was that Luke would do 2-4 weed runs many days a week.
In August 2022, he and Mandem member Sparky Kane spoke, where Luke told his concerns about not having many friends around. SK told Luke to start hanging around them and getting involved more, soon after though as the months went on, Luke wasn't seen much and became less active.
Five Years Later[]
Luke reunited with many old faces including SK, Matt, Terry and Kylie. This lot would eventually get back into their shenanigans, starting with stealing Weed grows and robbing G6 workers. Soon a group started to form, mainly consisting of ex-Mandem members, as well as Gigi from The Italians and other faces, From then on in Feb 2024, The Manor was formed.
Middleman Luke[]
As time went on and the weed operation started gaining traction, Luke would become a middle-man, a contact for shottas as a connect between them and the grower, Eli Porter, doing this gave him some income as he had a percentage of the cut, but he didn't mind the cash aspect as he just wanted the interactions.
Troublemaker Arc[]
There was a point in time where Luke was causing trouble to the gang with who he affiliated with. Cozney King was one such person who caused a headache, one day the pair were roof running and robbed a group which consisted of ADMC Member, Cora Star. Soon another relaying the info on Grove, another attack occurred with Manor member Jay Martin getting wrenched by the roof runners, before Luke and Cozneys group backed the beef. After sorting the Manor and ADMC's potential beef, Cozney being known as a snitch to STE, was the best approach for the Manor to offer him to them in exchange for no beef.
Conflict with Terry[]
On May 12th, 2024, Luke and Terry Linkston were having a disagreement because Luke was wearing a Manor mask in the Weed pushing alley and Sparky put Terry in charge of enforcing that there is to be no Manor garms when pushing. Tensions were rising as the verbal disagreements became physical, resulting in a brawl between the two with Luke going down. Soon after treatment, they were both at it again at southside clothing store, this time however, Luke encouraged Terry to instead shoot him in the face during their dispute. Later on, this resulted in Terry being demoted to Hangaround and their matters were sorted.
