Background Information[]
Lucas grew up enjoying street racing and working on cars.
He acted very similar to the character from NFS: Most Wanted (2005) and carried out the same activities as the player character did in Rockport; in San Andreas.
After jumping his car over the bridge that separated the rest of the US from Rockport, Lucas dumped his BMW M3 GTR in a local buddies' shop, and caught an airplane to San Andreas, in order to avoid Detective Cross.
During his stay in San Andreas he yet again made a name for himself climbing the ranks amongst all of the street racers in Los Santos.
Lucas later caught a plane back to Rockport to check on his car in late 2019, due to reports from Trooper Snow that he has been contacted by Detective Cross.
In early 2021 Lucas returned to San Andreas, with no word from Trooper Snow and Detective Cross; looking to climb that street racer status as much as he could, just like he did before. Rumor has it that Lucas' BMW M3 GTR is currently being worked on by his cousin Jose, and is due to be shipped to San Andreas this year. Current Street Racers (Feb. 2021) were all made aware of his return over a radio transmission. Lucas has yet to be found by any members of the current (Feb. 2021) underground racing scene.
Lucas has been mentioned to be a second cousin of the Los Barrios Aztecas member "Jose Martin Perez" back in 2019.
Weazel News reports sightings of a black Jester driving aggressively just south of Harmony as of Feb. 27, 2021, with a driver that fits the description of Lucas. Street racers that same day were again alerted via radio.
