Lucas Miller is a Senior Officer of the Los Santos Police Department badge number 211.
Background Information[]
Born in Luton in the United Kingdom he often talks about Luton's airport being the best part of the City, Lucas has a scar over his left eye caused by a fishing accident when he failed to cast his line correctly and the hook caught on his face. Lucas currently dyes his hair blond to stand out from other officers that have a simmilar style of haircut.

Academy[]
On the first day of Academy Lucas left his Appartment in Litte Seoul and ran into Willy Bronson, the two hit it off quickly after they found out they were going to be in the same LSPD academy on they way to MRPD Lucas asked Willy if he had the $4,000 that they needed Willy said quick go to Maze Bank to see if he had enough welfare to cover it, as of this they arrived fashionably late but were quickly forgiven.
In the Academy Training Lucas performed well despite occasionally bantering with fellow Recruit Carmine Costello, following training at MRPD the Recruits headed to Fort Zancudo for firearm assessment led by Den "Zel" Shiesty which Lucas Passed with flying colours, the next day of academy was persuit training which after some learning curves Lucas passed that section as well, meaning that he was accepted into the LSPD as a Cadet.
After finishing Academy Lucas was drafted to take part in a raid of Miguel Almerion property, after setting up in the Mirror Park Tunnel with the rest of PD Hydra found them and started a shootout, during this Lucas and Frost went on the flank of the century ending up semi-successful but eventually being one of the last to go down ending the raid attempt.
Cadet Phase[]
During his first few FTO sessions Lucas was told by other Officer to give more energy when doing comms which ending up giving him his nickname "Lowercase Lucas" as he started to shout quieter than talking. During one of his ridealongs with Josh Kade he made a bet with Carmine for $10,000 who would make PPO first later uping the bet to $20,000 following a conversation with one of his FTOs Maxwell.
Probationary Police Officer[]
First Week[]
Lucas was promoted to PPO on August 8th following his 11th ridealong with Maxwell. Following his promotion to PPO Lucas went to collect his paycheck from Maze Bank, earning just under $65,000 and rode with Lando Watson for his first shift as a PPO. During his first week as PPO Lucas's main area of improvment in his police work was that of road names during persuits an area that he is still improving on but slowly but surely getting there, Lucas has also been working on Drug Busts in the Chumash and Cypress areas getting a few arrests during these operations that he ran, Lucas has also now dyed his hair Blond to help with standing out against another officer that people confuse him for.
Second Week[]
Lucas's second week as a PPO involved more drug busts mosty centered around Cypress and one on Covenant as most of these busts were ran with the Tactical Response Team Lucas was given the unofficial rank of Hangaround of TRT by Maxwell a title that Shiesty wasn't fully happy about but ran with it. all in all the drug busts have had over 10 successful operations with Lucas being a key pusher for beginning the operations with photos of the handoffs with the inclusion of Vic the group of officers begain calling themselves The Unit.
The Covenant drug bust, while it was a successful operation it did create some tension between The Manor and the LSPD that came to a head when Sparky(allegedly) kidnapped Lucas and tried to take him into a plane that would use Grove St as a runway resulting in the plane blowing up with both Lucas and SK in the plane, this gave the LSPD DNA evidence regarding Lucas's kidnapper. On the 22nd of August Lucas set up a drug bust once again in Cypress where over 10 suspects were present, the following police push resulted in a shootout where the criminals were shot down and arrested leading to over a million dollars in fines to the LSPD and BSCO respectively while some did escape custody they were fined beforehand.
Third Week[]
Moving into Lucas's third week as a PPO following a cash exchange Lucas was taught a very important lesson regarding entrapment, while thankfully he or the officer didnt get into any criminal based charges, they were charged by the Ass Chief to give a presentation on Bribery and Entrapment and why it is wrong at the LSPD shift 1 meeting, with the help of Kade Lucas and Vos held a insightful lesson and presentation on Corruption, Bribery and Entrapment. Lucas decided to purchase a personal CVPI on August 28th 2024 so he didnt have to keep using the shared one.
When on duty on September 1st 2024 Lucas was robbed outside of Snr. Buns by Donald Bush XXIX of his PD armour resutling in him ending up riding with Blackwell as the shared taurus that he was using was also stolen. They patroled a for a short amount of time accidentally calling her "Maxwell" one or twice, eventually there was a call that a person matching Bush XXIX's description was at the Barrio this eventually resulted in a hostage situation that degraded as shots were fired, the resulting shootout ended up with the death of Bush and Dana Blackwell.
Lucas Miller passed his final officer evaluation on September 3rd 2024 with Hailey Maxwell.
Officer[]
Lucas Miller Changed to callsign 211 following his promotion to Full Officer he also bought a Police Taurus to celebrate his promotion. Over the first 2 weeks of being full officer Miller has been preparing a presentaion for to be given the chance to join TRT, on the 15th of September 2024 Lucas took the new APC Training Course to get certified to drive an A.P.C. should a State of emergency be declared, which Miller passed. After being a Officer for just over 20 days Miller has taken the certification to be authorized to use Class Two's and passed despite a small hickup with a bullet grazing Officer Nikki.
After almost 2 months of being called TRT "Hangaround" Lucas was asked to give his TRT presentation on September 16th 2024 to Den, Bean, Ventura, Maxwell and some others that were present at the time, following this on the 2nd of October Lucas took his final eval for entrance into TRT originally targeting Vagos with his planned Drug operation but ended up going for Hydra Gang, on the 3rd of October Den "Zel" Shiesty offically gave Lucas Miller a Operator position within the Tactical Response Team. On Lucas's first day as a Operator in TRT he was tasked by Shiesty to complete Grey's class 2 training with the new M4 rifle's.
During Lucas first week in TRT he has been training a few officers and deputys on the use of Class 2's usually assigned to him by Shiesty, when a cargo ship arrived when he was on duty Lucas and Opal Pryce took Air One out to hover above the Ship to get information that the SASM wanted regarding what was happening on the ship, during this time Lucas started to become intrested in Air one and later asked Albert King the next day about expressing his intrest which King stated that he would be able to train Lucas and to come up with him to learn the duties of the Co-Pilot for the time being. At this time Lucas also begain to attend interviews for hopeful Cadets this combined with him training LEO's with the use of Class 2's has led him to being intrested in becoming a Senior Officer should that be possible.
Following a few incidents carried by Den regarding Los Santos County jurisdiction, LSPD Chief and BCSO Sheriff decided enough was enough and reworked the SOP that expanded on the jurisdiction legislation to lessen the tension between the two departments, this resulted in Ventura finally reaching out to Lucas about getting into the persuit unit. During a training flight as a Co-Pilot in Air One with McNulty, Lucas responded to a Ammunation crate, following a long chase Lucas managed to see Arnie entering a house in Mirror Park which ground units enacted a Hot Pursuit in to the building these events ended up in the largest raid since the reopening of the city on Hydra's clean guy Jackie Snow, this raid comprised of a large amount of Class 2 Weaponry, Moonshine and a large amount of Cash, the morning after the raid Den called Lucas and said great assist Miller. During this week Lucas also asked Ventura for some tips of getting off good spikes such as locations that tend to be sucessful Ventura helped Lucas with this and also explained his head space as to why Cricket was given a chance in Persuit before Lucas, in which Lucas understood and accepted that his time will come soon.
When a situation on a Cargo ship meant that there was too many Black Hawk Helicopters in San Andreas Air Space Den reached out to the Director of the SASM to get approval for the use of the A.P.C's to clear the skies in which Lucas was selected to be the Primary Gunner in one of the A.P.C's that Marshall Espinoz was driving. On the 22nd of October Lucas saw that Clive Anderson was advertising selling his Maibatsu Penumbra, Lucas managed to bid Clive down from $90k to $62k which Clive eventually accepted, a few days after owning the Penumbra Lucas was on a call that ended up in a hostage situation at Snr. Buns in which the suspect demanded a car be provided for their escape Lucas went with his ride-along Larry Knox to get his car so if the suspect was to get away Lucas would be able to track the car.
On November 15th Ventura invited Lucas to a "Hot Pursuit" training chase along with Vos and Carmine, after almost 2 hours of pursuits Ventura swapped out the people he was testing and asked Lucas to talk to him later on tomorrow where at a BSCO meeting Ventura gave Lucas a chance in the Pursuit Response Team as a Kitten.
March 2025
When a Boost was called out, Lucas asked King if he can Co-Pilot, over the course of 2 S-Boost and a Bank Truck Robbery calls King said that he was happy with Lucas's Air One comms and offered the next time for Lucas to be the Pilot of the next call which happenend when a Paleto Bank Robbery Call, which King asked Lucas to Pilot, following the end of that chase King stated that he would be signing off Lucas's Air One Comms and said that he was also impressed with Lucas's flying. In the Evening of April 1st 2025 Lucas asked Opal Pryce if he could run the Flight Courses which with the assistance of Dee LinQ as a passenger Lucas ran and passed both the Canals and Zancudo Swamps Courses respectively, following these courses on the way back to MRPD a Security Truck call came in which Lucas diverted to, following these calls after finally landing at MRPD Opal said that all he needs to be signed off on for the Full Certification is a Persuit while doing comms with a Air FTO such as King or Kian McNulty.
On the April 7th McQuillen had a conversation with Lucas giving him the Full Certification in the Pursuit Response Team after 5 months as a Kitten, with the new SOPs for the Persuit Team this allows Lucas to drive the 2 door interceptors such as the Penumbra and the C7.
In the beginning of April Lucas had a converstaion with Opal about the pending TRT Overhaul where she told him future plans and said that he would be one of the people that would be one of the few operators kept in the certification however on the 5th April Ramello Porter posted the announcement about the overhaul on the MDT after a short conversation with Opal after this was posted Lucas found out that he was also removed despite being told he was being kept leaving Lucas to feel betrayed at first by Opal but she cleared that up as the choice of who to keep was taken from her and Porter decided for her this meant that Lucas felt betrayed more by Porter and Radic, over the next ten days Lucas kept doing Drug Ops just without the vest even getting the first ever arrest on a Forum Drive drug sale with photos from the inside of the compound, Lucas also had a few conversations with others the were removed from TRT such as Albert King who with his displeasure joked about creating LSPD SWAT as he felt that Radic didnt have their backs anymore as the LSPD Head of TRT, after having a converation with Maxwell and later Arnold Frost and finally another conversation with King who said that he had already joined back as he was made aware that there is a very high chance that the TRT LSPD Head will be changing plus he got a cool ring, so on the 15th of April after ten days of feeling betrayed Lucas spoke to Opal and accepted his position back in TRT also recieving the cool TRT LSPD Ring.
On the 18th of April following a conversation with McQuillen, King and Espinoz about issues surrounding a few bank truck calls, Opal joined at the end of this conversation which is when Albert King brought up Lucas's progress with his Flight Division Certification in which King stated that he was very happy with what Lucas had been doing and how he was performing at this time King promoted Lucas to a Certified Pilot within the Flight Division. In the evening of the 18th of April following Lucas's involvment in the most recent Shift One Academy and the few times he has taken out Cadets, Eryn Carter gave Lucas the Field Training Officer Certification. Over the past week Lucas has been working on his leadership qualities in small ways such as asking for feedback from his higher ups regarding Bank Truck holdouts and if he was making the right calls, he has also been taking out a few cadets from the most recent academy one being Obidiah Colt and Alex Knox.
