Lucas "Wolfy" Frank was a Patched Member of the Bondi Boys & Babes MC.
Background Information[]
Lucas "Wolfy" Frank is a criminal with a soft side for the less fortunate, struggling type, as that is where he started himself. His origins are from New York City where he was raised by two immigrant parents from Italy, he had a very tough upbringing, basically living around crime since an early age. He became "Wolfy" after a prank gone bad. While prepping to rob a bank, his friends put gorilla glue inside his mask, hours later after they got away, he tried to remove the mask only to realize it wasn't coming off, Doctors said they can remove it but it would cause permanent disfigurement. So from that day forward, he became Wolfy.
In the past, Wolfy found himself affiliated with the East Side Ballas under Mando Thompson, then he got kicked out after Mando was overthrown. After a few months, Wolfy started hanging around with Pablo Loco and became affiliated with the Vagos, but was blooded out by El Jefe Juan Cuervo, which ignited a Civil War, and Wolfy decided to leave anyways since he didn't want to deal with another civil war.
He would then start hanging out with Mikey "Casper" Silver and became affiliated with the Bang Boys Syndicate, a group of misfits under Irwin Dundee, until the group disbanded and the city had a five-year economic collapse. At some point, Wolfy underwent plastic surgery in Liberty City, allowing him to remove the iconic wolf mask, though he still wears the mask from time to time.
History[]
Upon returning to Los Santos, Wolfy met up with former Bang Boys Syndicate members, Irwin Dundee and Tommy Puff, who have since founded the Bondi Boys MC and offered him a position as hangaround on February 24, 2024. As the club kept realigning its ranks, Wolfy was elevated to a "Hangaround+" status on March 22, 2024, then automatically promoted to Prospect after the second realignment on May 7, 2024.
After several months, on August 28, 2024, Wolfy was given a long overdue promotion to Patched Member by Prime Minister, Irwin Dundee.
