General Description[]

Stylish and dependable, Louis Blanc is a part of the Top 10 racing crew.

His trademark pink sports car is a familiar sight across Los Santos - be it escaping cops, in a war convoy or street racing.

He is known for his love of fashion and conversation, often dropping in on friends and rivals alike for a yapping session.

Background[]

Five years after the end of Seaside, the once-hangaround returned to Los Santos intent on forging a new future. Like many of his former OGs, Louis explored fresh paths in the city while linking up with old friends such as Winter Sison, Jay Breezy and Ming Phong. had fun with the Snowman Gang and made cash selling weed for The Besties.

From a distance, Louis watched the downfall of The Company, which pushed him to seek a reconnection with his former leaders. He approached Reggie Might to signal his interest, and on May 23, 2024, his persistence was rewarded when he was welcomed as a full member of Hades.

Louis quickly rose to become a central figure within the group, and just three months after its creation he was promoted to Lieutenant: an on-the-ground leader for jobs and the first point of contact for members seeking support. After the gang’s split in May 2025, Louis stepped further into leadership, securing his place on the Council.

He was retired from ERP, until early September 2025. Louis decided to "unretire," in his own words, to pursue Emeka Rose, who had caught his attention after she began attending more night races, and he began helping her learn how to race. The two went on their first official date on October 5, 2025, during which Louis was taken hostage by The Besties for a Paleto bank robbery. Louis officially asked Emeka to be his girlfriend on November 13, 2025, which Emeka accepted.
