General Description
After being inspired by the raffle's at the casino and the gallery, Eugene decided to run a lottery of his own. Hoping to garner trust and eventually make it in to an official business. During his test run he come across Tidus Schwinghammer who was running a lottery of his own. The two decided to partner up as Eugene needed legal backing and Tidus was in need of someone better at selling the tickets. The two partnered up and made the lottery official.
After a disappointing round of sales by new employees Eugene decided to step back from the business. Having only made a fraction of sales compared to what Eugene earned on his own, This put the business in to hiatus for months.
After restructuring and re planning, the business was once again being rebuilt with new employees at the top.
