General Description

He is a member of the Dan Clan who often speaks in generic NPC (Local) dialogue, which both confuses and annoys his brothers Vingle, Gringle, and Wartingle; the exception is when police persuade him hard to break his psychological programming.

Locingle made his first appearance in Los Santos on his 100th birthday, March 4, 2024, and was promptly incapacitated a little over a half hour after arriving in the city. While paramedics attempted to transport him to the ER, his body dissolved into ashes. Being a member of the Dan Clan, it is unknown whether Locingle is in fact deceased or will make any future appearances in Los Santos On March 9, Locingle Dan made a second brief appearance in Los Santos, confirming that he is indeed still alive and thriving. He made further appearances on March 10. His favorite pastime is terrorizing or otherwise annoying Siobhan Fitzpatrick, Jonathan Acker and the Los Santos Police Department.
