Lilly Pandia is a full member of Hydra Gang and the owner of Pandia Expresso, a coffee shop in Little Seoul's Korean Plaza.
Criminal Activities[]
Lilly was known as one of "Sal's Gals", and would hang around Little Seoul Gas Station, and occasionally provide someone with materials. One day, that someone invited her to go chopping with their gang, which was the start of her criminal journey.
Hydra Gang[]
Lilly is a full member of Hydra Gang, after working her way up from a hangaround. Before she became affiliated with Hydra, she was essentially a hangaround for another gang and was often seen hanging out with some gang members, though not officially being one herself. Due to Lilly's relationship with Billy Phresh at the time, an OG member of that gang, and the rocky state of the gang at the time, she was not able to join the gang.
Lilly eventually accepted an offer from Hydra Gang leader Juan Carlos "Flippy" Hernandez to become a hangaround on July 25th, 2022. On August 22nd, Lilly was promoted from a hangaround to an associate of Hydra, earning her Hydra bandana. Lilly was promoted to a full member of Hydra on October 7th during a gang therapy session in Bolingbroke Penitentiary. Lilly had helped introduce "family therapy" sessions to Hydra as a way to improve the gang's internal communication and unity. Hydra were to also pitch-in and help her buy a house in the Snake Pit, a promise they fulfilled on October 19th.
In recognition for her dedication to Hydra, and for "carrying the gang" when Flippy was on a vacation in late 2022, Lilly was promoted to the rank of "OG" in Hydra on January 4th, 2023. She was the first Hydra OG to be blooded-in when Miguel Almerion shot her. It also meant she could give OG orders.
On April 22nd, 2023, Lilly began dating her fellow OG gang member Aleksander "Bogo" Sazkaljovich, resulting in Hydra lifting their rule against dating in the gang. However, stipulations included that the rest of the gang had to agree with the relationship, they both lose their OG status and have to earn it back, and they must put their commitments and loyalty to the gang first and their relationship is secondary. She also agreed that if her and Bogo broke up and the resulting drama ended up impacting the unity of the gang, she would leave the gang instead of Bogo.
In terms of crime, Lilly is S+ Boost certified and reached S+ rank in car boosting on August 15th, 2022. She successfully hacked the City Vault for the first time on June 13th, 2022, in what was her first Vault heist.
She was once caught selling weed on the a gangs block and, when raided, had a lot of marijuana buds in her stash van. On August 17th, 2022, she plead guilty to drug trafficking charges as part of a plea deal and served a three-year sentence.
She began taking flying lessons at AirX Flight School on November 14, 2022, with Novah Walker being the instructor. It was Lilly's first time ever flying.
She reached 97% meth purity by June 2023. She reached 99% purity on June 10th and 100% three days later, becoming the second person in Hydra to reach 100% meth purity, after Susie Carmichael.
