Leo was the Co-Chief of Emergency Medical Services, call-sign Hotel-9. He was apart of EMS from October 2019 up until officially resigning on January 10th, 2022.
He can often be seen hanging around Hydra gang,including Susie Carmichael, his ex fiancèe. who he shares a house with in Mirror Park. Due to Susie's involvement in Hydra Gang, Leo can also be seen around its members.
He is hired as a Loan Officer for Fast Loans.
