• Before the 5-year skip, Leo had managed to violate his parole by blowing up Harvey's grave with an RPG. A couple of days after the incident, he turned himself in and was reprimanded back to Bolingbroke Penitentiary. During the 5-year skip, Leo spent a lot of time struggling within prison. During his time, he received some help and realized his wrongdoings. After getting out of prison for good behavior, he came back as a better, yet scared man. Additionally, he lost his luggage at the airport, which contained all his clothes, which is why he wasn't wearing any pants when he first got into the city.
