Leah Winthers is the owner/founder of the new up coming business Viking Logistics. She merged the logistics part of her business with Randy Bullet, which gave her the title Senior Vice President for Dodo Logistics, however she currently has the role as Senior Express Driver.
She's got a lot of connections in the city. She's lived in Los Santos on and off for over 4 years.
She is often described as "intimidating" due to her soft voice and for being observant. She is also known for being intelligent but also a hardass when needed. When it comes to her friends, she is very loyal and will back them without hesitating.
