Kenny Hawk is a Solo Cadet for the Senora Desert Sheriff's Office, Badge #640.
Originally from Jacksonville, Florida, Kenny Hawk and his brother Lenny Hawk came to Los Santos to start-up their security business that offers security services to all the people of Los Santos at the rate of $50 an hour. Before this, Kenny Hawk was in the Coast Guard for 6.1 years, before his brother was discharged and they both moved to Los Santos. During his time in the Coast Guard, he was the captain of a submarine. He is the older brother in the Hawk family.
Kenny like his brother Lenny Hawk, share a common interest in government conspiracies and that they control everything that people own. This theory has caused the two to be very hesitant when using any device that they paid for, sometimes saying "THE 5G IS CONTROLLING ME". They're both known to be patriots and back the blue.
On May 29th, 2021, after months of absence, Kenny returned to Los Santos from a mission trip in Nepal where he had suffered from amnesia. He immediately returned to duty with the LSPD with the approval of Trooper Andrews.
He once owned a cat named Jitters with his brother, Lenny.
Kenny knows how to fly a plane as well, although the origin of this skill is unknown.
