Kelly is a calm, observant individual who tends to be friendly and warm to others. He has a distaste for law enforcement, only abiding by the law if he is with others who aren't criminals.

Kelly was born and raised in Australia.
His parents, Jack and Lily, both passed away in a car accident while he was young. He has no personal memory of what they were like. As his next of kin, his uncle William took him in and raised him to the best of his ability.
