Description

Kay Oss was a Serial Killer whose murders were marked by two lacerations to the chest, an open music box with a ballerina spinning, fresh wild flowers, and white ribbons.

Backstory

Kay Oss has a troubled past. Born as Maybel Kreed. When she was 12 she was in a house fire that was accidently caused by the heater. The fire killed her twin Ben and her mother Lucy. Kay was able to run out of the house and save her life though leaving Kay has 3rd degree burns that cover all of her feet, resulting in her feet being textureless. After the fire Kay was taken by her father out of state, he changed her name to Kay Oss, to signify that all she brings is Chaos, and locked her in a dark room as he went out and made a new life for himself, keeping an eye on Kay through cameras. Kay's Father was a Doctor and instructed Kay how to kill people, so that others can feel the same pain that he did. Kay was blamed for the death of her family member, and was abused by her Father. Kay was only able to call him "Sir" and references her Father as "Him" or "He". On the way that Kay talks about her Father, it can be assumed that she was his first murder on her own, without his instructions, and when the voice first started.

Kay is only able to speak in short fragmented words or phrases, often regressing mentally to a state before the fire. She also hears her Father's voice constantly whispering to her, ridiculing, yelling, or instructing her to hurt herself or others. When the voices get loud, Kay can be heard saying "loud" or "upset". To calm the voice down or to block out events, Kay listens to music, usually on a music box which were gifts from her Father.

Current Events

Currently Kay Oss is held in Parson's Rehabilitation Center on a 51-50 with a pending court case. Charges before her are First Degree Murder x5, and Attempted First Degree Murder x1.

Death

While in Parsons, January 6th, Kay Oss suffered a seizure and passed away.
