Katt Vincent is an Active EMT for the Emergency Medical Services.
Background[]
Katt Vincent is a civilian who likes to explore the city and make people happy. She has a dark past which she doesn't like to talk about.
She previously worked part time as a greeter at Pillbox Medical Center.
Katt is recovering from a Heart Attack in which she had to fly to Paris in order to have an emergency surgery to save her life. The surgery was succesful and now she is in recovery and needing to undergo physical therapy for her legs, which she is unable to currently use due to complications from the heart attack and surgery.
