Kalliope Jørgensen-Grey is a character role-played by Tentakill.
General Description[]
Kalliope Grey is known mostly for her work at Dodo Logistics, where she hands out jobs to drivers as one of the managers, and works closely together on businesses like The Pit Stop and the rental side of H&O Exports with her wife Anna Jørgensen. She has aspirations to get more involved with the racing scene under the alias "Velvet", which has been helped by spending a lot of time with Anna and joining the racing crew Prism.
Personality[]
Kalliope is a very friendly, outgoing person, who often tries her best to make people feel welcomed. She usually prioritizes the wants/needs of her friends over her own, and is always willing to lend a helping hand. Kalliope is very non-violent, often carrying no form of weapon or, at most, a crowbar. She dislikes the harm of animals, except for murder kitties, which she has a strong dislike for after multiple attacks, and an incident which landed her in the ICU for 4 days. This and many other incidents also show a general lack of care for her physical health, as Kalliope opts to patch herself up after getting hurt, instead of trying to be more careful in the first place. Kalliope has also been seen unleashing her inner Karen in appropriate situations.
Early Life[]
Kalliope grew up in a small town in Massachusetts with her mother, with a small tight-knit group of friends. As she grew older, and her friends moved away to chase bigger dreams, Kalliope found herself looking for something new. She figured there is no better place to find new dreams than in the great city of Los Santos.
New Beginnings[]
Kalliope's first day in the city was not off to a great start. Having been ejected from the plane over the ocean on her flight into the city, and losing her phone and ID to water damage, she was left to walk the streets of Los Santos. In search of a new phone, and a replacement ID, she took the time to soak in the new city, and take in the different sights. While getting a taxi ride from Abdul AlRahim, he suggested she get a fishing license to make some money.
From there, she did some civilian work, mainly fishing and towing, which eventually encouraged her to purchase a tow truck as her first vehicle. She met many people while fishing and towing, including Joslynn Prim and Arthur Drake, who ended up being her first new friends, who she still keeps in touch with. While fishing, she also met Maia Berkeley who offered Kalliope her first real job as a barista trainee at Cool Beans. With hard work, and good people skills, Kalliope quickly worked her way up to barista lead.

With some experience in the city under her belt, Kalliope began her pursuit for her dream job, working for the 6STR Tuner Shop. She paid the shop a visit, where she inquired as to whether or not they were hiring. Tommy Cruizer promptly stated that they were not hiring. However, Kalliope took this as a challenge to prove her worth.
She then spent the next week putting together an interview presentation, complete with pictures, mock-ups, and ideas. Finally, the day came when she returned to the shop, and requested an interview, where she sat down with Eddie Marshall, Tommy Cruizer, and Armando Hernandez. The three were very impressed with her presentation, including her biggest idea, a 6STR Tuner Shop Market Booth. They decided to give Kalliope a shot.
A couple months later, an event unfolded at the shop involving Mr. Kebun bombing the shop with C4. Due to the fact one of the victims in the bombing, Cece Beyond, died, Anna felt pressure to inform the cops that she was fairly certain was Mr. Kebun who bombed the shop. After Anna and Kalliope had gone into hiding for a few days, the two finally met with Chang Gang and confessed that Anna had given Mr. Kebun's name to the cops, but that she promised she would not testify against him if it went to court, in return for their safety. During the meeting, it was mentioned that Anna had been pressured by Chip Wheeler and Armando Hernandez to tell the cops all she knew. Mr. Kebun let Anna and Kali go. The next day Chang Gang came by the shop, kidnapped Chip and Armando, and also threatened them to keep their mouths shut from now on. Due to the turmoil this caused at work, and other shop politics, both Anna and Kali decided it'd be best to resign from 6STR. Shortly after, the two were employed as mechanics at Harmony Repairs Garage.
The Self Ocean-Dump Incident[]
On Tuesday night, October 10th, 2021, at approximately Midnight EST, EMS received a call from a concerned local in the waters east-southeast of Murrieta Oil Fields regarding a lady in a van that had slid down the hills and plunged into the ocean waters. Fortunately, she managed to escape the sinking van. However, when she attempted to climb back up the hill, she slipped, and hit the back of her head on the rocks below.
EMT Rory Borealis arrived on scene to the woman unresponsive, with shallow breathing, weak pulse, and pale cold skin. She was rushed to Pillbox where she was identified as Kalliope Grey. Surgery was performed by Dr. Emma Gaine to stitch the large wound on the back of her head.
She had been unresponsive in ICU until Thursday evening, 10/14/21, approx. 5:30PM EST. Ms. Grey regained consciousness and called for help from her ICU room. Dr Alexander Blake responded to the call, and spoke with Ms. Grey, who appeared to be experiencing memory loss, as she could not recall her name.
Dr. Blake performed an MRI scan which confirmed internal damage to Ms. Grey’s brain. Ms. Grey then voiced that she was uncomfortable and wanted to go to another area for fresh air. Dr. Blake took her to the lobby. At that point, Ms. Grey fled from the hospital, leaving her belongings behind.
It would be some hours later before an off-duty medical staff, Kana Kurosaki, would find Ms. Grey wandering the streets alone. They noticed the bandages on Ms. Grey’s head and offered to take her to a hospital. Ms. Grey refused to go to the hospital. Instead, they took Ms. Grey to a dog park, where they waited for a doctor, Dr. Charlie Hardy, to meet them.
Ms. Grey was uncomfortable around Dr. Hardy, and stayed near Ms. Kurosaki. Ms. Kurosaki took Ms. Grey to get a change of clothes, as she had been wandering around in her hospital dress barefoot. From there, Ms. Kurosaki persuaded Ms. Grey to come with her to Pillbox, under the guise of helping her pick up medication she needed.
Ms. Grey was apprehensive at first, but eventually followed her into the hospital. Once Ms. Grey was in a secure area, she was injected with a mild sedative. From there, Dr. Harlow Mathews conducted a deeper review of the MRI scans, and identified swelling in Ms. Grey’s brain due to a small brain bleed. Surgery was performed to drain the blood.
Ms Grey regained consciousness the following day. After a review by Dr. Blake, she was okayed for discharged, although some memory loss is present. Ms Grey was advised to return to Pillbox in a few days for a follow-up exam.
Follow-up exams showed a nearly full recovery. However, some areas have not recovered, resulting in what may be permanent memory loss.
"Can I sit in your passenger seat?"[]
On November 3rd, 2021, while working at the Tuner Shop, Kalliope asked Anna Jørgensen if she wouldn't mind her tagging along as a passenger in a race. Little did the two know, this would be the beginning of their romantic relationship. As the two became friends, Anna would bring Kali along on many a race.
A couple weeks into their friendship, Anna was informed that the vehicle she had been waiting to purchase from PDM was available, and that she had limited time to purchase it before it would be sold to someone else. With not a lot of money at Anna's disposal, she focused all her energy into money making. Not wanting Anna to miss out on her dream car, Kali also spent as much time as she can helping Anna raise funds, by metal detecting, and accompanying Anna on her hunting trips. After several gruelling days, Anna managed to raise the funds needed for her dream car.
Over a few weeks, a strong bond was forged, as the two became very close. Eventually, Kali saved up enough to buy the two a home near the intersection of Alta and Spanish. From there, the two officially became a couple, and are now living together.
The Chip Incident[]
Due to complications with the train, having not seen Anna for over 2 weeks, and distraught by a deep sadness, Kalliope thought of a drastic measure to fix the problem: As she couldn't do anything about getting to see Anna, at least she might be able to feel less sad. To this end, on Febuary 27th, 2022, she contacted Roman Shacks, known to perform ethically questionable operations on patients willing to take a risk at Humane Labs and Research, to install a microchip in her head. After the chip was implanted, Kalliope was able to turn it on and off at will, making her more indifferent to committing violence herself, as well as achieving the desired effect of feeling less sad.
In the following weeks, a transformation took place in her: Kalliope was now engaging in boosting with her colleagues at Harmony, dressed in clothes colored all black, dyed her hair, bought a Hakuchou, and shot Johnny Sinner for pulling out a knife at Harmony. Every one of those actions never seen before in a normally rather meek woman, who never resorted to violence before.
During this time, a customer came into Harmony. Kalliope quickly recognized the customer as Kana Kurosaki, the woman who had helped save Kalliope several months prior. After taking time to catch up, Kalliope had reminisced on the person she was before she had the chipped, and did not like what she was becoming. She immediately rushed to change back into her normal appearance.
The next day Kalliope finally saw Anna, and told her all about what she had done. Anna then contacted Adam Peterson, who was going through a very similar process with his girlfriend Mary Mushkin, and got told to remove the chip as soon as possible as Mary had developed a tumor from hers. The two discussed how to proceed when Kalliope explained that the surgery could lead to the loss of her memory. To prepare for the potential side effect, the two of them made a memory album, so that Kalliope would never forget Anna, no matter what happens.
A few days later, when Kalliope was especially bored, she decided to try her hand at parkour, trying to land on a lightpole, and failing so miserably, that she hit her head on the the pole as well as on the Harmony parking lot, damaging the chip in the incident, and ending up in the ICU for 4 days. In the end, afflicted by severe pain, Kalliope made the decision to remove the chip through surgery together with Anna. The operation was successful, Kalliope did lose some memories due to it however, and is now in the process of trying to work it all out, together with her girlfriend, whose memories she still retains.

After a few setbacks in their relationship due to the later dubbed "Chip Incident", both Kalliope and Anna worked hard to mend the relationship. Together, they started boosting as a team, woke up next to eachother more frequently, and generally spent most of their time together from that point onwards. In total, this heralded a second honeymoon phase for the pair, culminating in both of them thinking about marriage, and having talks about shared bank accounts and last names.
In the end, however, Kalliope remained a relatively shy person who lacked the confidence to propose, especially after she felt like she constantly made mistakes, which pushed Anna away from her. This lead to her talking to Anna's best friend, Miles Lewis, to gain the confidence she lacked and for advice. Miles, true to his character, proceeded to tell her inspiring words, such as "Marriage as a concept is kinda just like, weird." and "You are really gonna lock yourself to one person, no bitches?". Needless to say, Kalliope proceeded to take matters into her own hands again, and invited Anna to watch the sunset and sunrise on a watchtower on May 1st, trying to gain the confidence in the moment.
Night came, and the sun rose, the two of them in eachothers embrace, Kalliope trying to muster up the confidence all the while, to no avail. As she thought that they will simply leave without Kalliope achieving her goal, Anna spoke up, sensing that Kalliope was worried and nervous about something. In the end, Anna was the one to propose to Kalliope, who obviously ended up accepting. The wedding took place on May 14th, with most of their close friends, as well as people who helped the pair along their way being invited, and with Isaac Wagner, the person who first got them to meet at the tuner shop, being the one to officiate the wedding.

Kali purchased her S2K secondhand from Yong Li for $900K, which she found to be very generous, especially after he went out of his way to hold the car for her, and arrange for her to receive the VLC Import Loan for the vehicle. Mr. Li however, does not like it when Kali brings up how generous he is, as he claims he has a certain reputation he needs to uphold.
She ended up selling the S2000 to Jaylen Carter for $1.1M and 750 GNE in anticipation of almost being approved for the S14, and to gain the financial grounds for the purchase. |

She saw the Comet Retro on the showroom floor and loved it more than the Comet SR. She put her name on the interest list, and with some help from Felix Volk, managed to get approved for it. She eventually sold it to Jay Pink, and move on to purchase an MX5. |
