General Description
Kael Soze is a High Command Trooper for the San Andreas State Police, Badge #201. He, along with Trooper Tony Andrews lead the police forces in the city of Los Santos.
Soze is quite simply the best shooter, driver, negotiator, leader, lover, and just the best police officer on the entire force.
Soze can often be seen patrolling with fellow Trooper Tony Andrews; while repeating how virile he is fornicating with both Andrews' wife, Torah Andrews, and his mother.
He is one of six officers to hold all five LEO certifications (Air, FTO, Interceptor, K9, and SWAT). The other officers who hold all five certifications are Sergeants AJ Hunter, Brittany Angel, and Matt Rhodes, and Troopers Jackie Snow and Tony Andrews.
Physical Appearance
Soze is a 40-year-old caucasian male with blond hair and usually some sort of facial hair.
Soze has been known to rock multiple different hairstyles, including a simple buzz cut, a long "surfer" haircut, and a haircut with large amounts of hair missing. He also sports multiple different styles of facial hair, including a simple, short cut mustache, a longer handlebar styled mustache, and a full beard.

Stop And Frisk
On March 20th, 2020, as a result of increased violence against police officers and the death of Lyonel Winchester, Soze, along with fellow Trooper Tony Andrews, authorized a stop and frisk policy for any southside gang member spotted outside the Fleeca Bank in Legion Square, they also authorized the use of 7.62 rifles against any member of a southside gang. Eventually, Soze stopped and frisked a member of The Families and caught them with an illegal firearm and illegal narcotics.
After processing the gang member, Soze decided that a show of force was needed, and ordered the entire PD to head down to the southside to act as a deterrent.
Worst Mustache Award (May 2019)
"It was cause for celebration in the city of Los Santos today, as Weazel News gave out it’s inaugural “Worst Mustache” award! In an extremely exclusive ceremony, the award (known as The Wispy) was given to Officer Soze in recognition for his sad fluff of peach fuzz that he continues to baffle everyone with, as most sane people would have shaved it once they hit puberty.
I am honored to receive this award, and will continue to have this dead bleached caterpillar above my sneering lips!” Is what Soze probably would have said, if he had attended the ceremony. He also probably would have been excited to receive the trophy and is probably excited to begin his next phase of facial achievement – winning the next inaugural Neckbeardie Award.
