Justin DeMarco was a former member of C4 Enterprises.
Summary[]
Justin was a member of the gang C4 Enterprises who had the mayor at the time, Maximilian Thoroughbred, and his wife, Siobhan Fitzpatrick as members. The mayor was going after Chang Gang and soon Chang Gang got information from Murphy Braun snitching that the mayor and his wife were part of C4. Chang Gang went hunting for any C4 member they could find to torture and interrogate them for any information on C4 business and happenings. Justin was kidnapped by Chang Gang and after persuasion they got him to flip and snitch on C4 to the cops and to tell the cops that the mayor and his wife were gang members.
After sometime of nothing really being done by the police from the viewpoint of Justin and the Chang Gang their hopes were wearing thin that anything was going to happen to the mayor or his wife. During the time after C4 and before his untimely death Justin would hang out with another former C4 member Mike Graz, as well as friends Archie Archer (known as his "twin") and Rick Richards, and he later broke up with his girl Beatrice Merzhin.
On July 10th, 2024 Justin Demarco was pronounced dead from a "puncture wound to the chest by a hit and run" per autopsy report in the ICU hours after his friend and "twin" Archie was killed by a hit and run.
