Jules works as the jewelry store security guard. While on duty protecting the jewelry store he lost his eye when someone shot him in the face. He now has a grotesque scar on the back of his head and is blind in one eye. Although his wound looks bad he claims it has clotted over and he does not have health insurance to get it fixed.
