Juanita, aka Flippa, is the older sister of Juan Carlos Hernandez. Growing up in the Hernandez family household, Juanita would take care of Juan whenever Abuela is gone. Juan was always a cry baby and so Juanita took it upon herself to teach him the ways of becoming a man. Juanita would change Juan's diapers and change his bedsheets whenever he wet his bed.
