Juan Cuervo was once El Jefe of the Vagos.

Juan was Promoted to Prospect on early November 2021.

Juan received a promotion to Soldado on late March 2022.

Juan becomes interim Jefe of the Vagos in November 22nd, 2022

After another large exodus of Vagos on November 2022, Speedy's decision to lead the Vagos wavered. At a meeting held at the ranch Juan stepped up to Speedy, wishing to protect the new generation of Vagos he had been raising within the gang, Juan asked to take leadership and then got on his knees to await Speedy's judgement. Speedy handed over the reins of the Vagos to Juan.

Leadership

First Big Meeting

In the first official big meeting in Juan's Leadership (Dec, 17th 2022), Juan lays out the rules and foundations for the New Gen of Vagos, and all members agree to it.

1. When a Hangaround or Prospect wakes up make sure to go to whoever is awake in the familia, introduce themselves and see if they need anything, and get acquittance to each other.
2. Familia always backs each other up.
3. Do not speak out of place, always address the issue to someone whose rank is higher.
4. The ranks up to Soldado do not speak on behalf of the family.
5. Jefe's word is law, if he's not around address it to the Captains, which will vote on the matter. There are 3 Captains for now, each Capitan has responsibilities underneath them.
6. Veterano and Sicario are not a rank but a reputation. Dixxi is named Veterana because she's been around for a long time and earns a certain level of respect. Pedro is given the title Sicario (also Capitanes Los Sicario), a leader in a fight and/or in defense of the barrio and the one making a hit squad in a war.
7. The other 2 Capitanos are Vero and Loveza, but the roles/responsibilities are not set yet.
8. If someone disrespects the Church and Santa Maria and things that Vagos pray to, spank them!
9. No Soldado can hurt another Soldado!. If they have a disagreement about something, it's fine to scrap it out or have a fistfight, but no guns, knives, or some type of weapons and draw blood otherwise they gonna pay the price. If members have issues with each other, they should be aired out, and speak to each other to find a middle ground and solutions.
10. Prospects and Hangarounds cannot lay a hand on a flagged member! Jefe's will beat your asses out of Jamestown.
11. Barrio fund is going to be used to buy guns, pays members' fine, to help members to buy houses or pay debt.
12. Hangaround phase should be short, but Prospect phase should be longer as necessary. All flagged members will vote to decide on Soldado promotions and the result have to be unanimous.
13. No more talk behind each other's back!

Small Changes (Feb 6th, 2023 Mini Meeting)

Juan put the roles for the existing capitanos:

Pedro as Protector: deals with protecting the barrio, conflicts, and wars. Loveza as Enforcer: deals with the rules in the barrio, on what you should do and shouldn't do as a member of Vagos, deals with the codes essentially. Vero as Provider: deals with weed, meth, oxy, and things necessary in the barrio Each captain got to choose their own Mano (vice) Right now only Vero has chosen her mano which is Lex.

Jefe will name a Vice Jefe soon.
