Jov Diavol is a full member of Hydra Gang. He has a thick Slavic accent and speaks semi-broken English, but his English skills have been improving. He is a former member of The Families.
He can often be seen wearing dark clothing, and he has silver-tipped, dread-like hair that drapes below his ears. He is known to chop cars in order to make a living.
Background[]
Jov was born in Belarus, spending the majority of his youth in Europe. Due to the nature of his home country, he learnt to be both deceptive and hardened from a young age. While in Belarus, he had close ties with the mafia and naturally developed an anti-cop mentality becoming used to the corruption that ran deep within the Belarusian police force.
Gang Affiliation[]
Jov used to be a Goon for The Families, part of the Chamberlain Gangster Families. He was blooded out on June 26th, 2022 after showing refusal to fight over gang turf or, as he put it, fighting over "spray cans".
By Summer 2023, Jov could be seen hanging out with Hydra Gang, who were teaching him modern slang and how to improve his criminal and English skills. Hydra refer to him as RJ (Russian Jov). Jov has keys to Miguel Almerion's Little Seoul Apartment 12, in the Chang Gang Compound.
On September 1, 2023, Jov did his first ever meth run, alongside Hydra. He was the driver. It resulted in a short shootout with cops and the 4 of the 6 in the squad went to jail. Jov lost his gun license, and Alex Suarez gave Jov a Hydra gang tag in the MDW.
On October 1, 2023, Jov was permitted by Juan Carlos Hernandez to wear the Hydra flag, officially becoming a full member of the gang. Arnie, who had permitted Jov to wear the mask unofficially, was in charge of coming up with his gang initiation task. He completed his initiation on October 6, when he had to do a weed run in an A+ car.
