Backstory:[]
*You find a letter addressed to the LSPD.*
"My name is Jorge Mendez, I am the American Citizen, I grew up dirt poor and my parents either left me or died from some sort of drug overdose, they smoked, shot up and drunk anything they could find which made mature at a young age, having to fend for myself and to make sure I feed myself and look after myself and those around me that I call family.
Enough of my childhood, I've been living in Los Santos near Jamestown near the docks and I sleep on the sand piles or if it's raining under a bit of shelter, It's not the best but it's comfy for me, I've been working multiple jobs but these god damn forsaken criminals think it's okay to take my belongings and hard earnt American cash just because I'm on their 'turf' which is ridiculous because this is my country and I work hard to live here, I was a victim of a brutal mugging which led to a stabbing, I was stabbed on the left side of my body which left me multiple stitches, I was bed bound and was left with hospital bills and no job as they couldn't afford to pay my hospital bills or my insurance, which put me right back at first base, having to try and find a job and look after myself.
I'm used to this cruel world but I want to change this city. I want these criminals to stop thinking they own the goddamn place. I want to be an Officer of the Law and protect those that can't protect themselves.
I consider myself as a bit of a perfectionist so I do get upset when I don't hold myself to my high standards, one thing you can expect from me is holding myself but others to a high standard to ensure that we have a good reputation and to prevent any loss of money, reputation and trust with our beautiful city and it's community, you can trust Jorge to get the job done, I would provide a loving and friendly atmosphere to everyone as I believe everyone deserves love regardless of any circumstance.
I want to be a Police Officer to regain the trust of our community and city and to provide safety to the City of Los Santos and to hopefully make Jamestown a safe town as a resident, it irks me with the disgusting amount of crime that goes on, I wish to back the blue and free the southside of criminal scum, I feel a close bond to those in the Police department as we share the same goal and cause.
I want to provide an atmosphere of love and safety to all of my people and community and to save anyone that comes into harm's way, I wish to create a city free of crime or at least a city with very little crime and put a stop to drugs as it's killing our people, I hope I can provide a solution, an antidote to this poison that infecting our city.
I hope you can find it in your heart to give a young man a chance."
