John Twatter is a character role-played by Tormy.

John Twatter is a brutish and callous man who wears a dark suit and tie and has a close-cut hairstyle. He walks with swagger and carries himself as if he is the most important person in any room or scenario.
John claims to have invented Twatter by, quote, "telling a highly-skilled team of underpaid computer specialists to invent it."
John has hired multiple citizens as moderators for Twatter, such as Kimbo Slice and Ellie Dono, the latter of which was at the behest of Aziz Abdallah because he felt sorry for her. John also threatens to ban people from the platform for even the slightest inter-personal disagreements, and will make up "trending hashtags" on the spot simply in order to get back at people.
John Twatter offers Twatter services to anyone he comes across, such as:
- Deleting someone else's Twatter posts. (Which may take up to 12 hours, ie: server reset/tsunami.)
- Making something "trend".
- Changing or controlling "the narrative".
- Sponsorship deals, including selling benches for Bench Guy.
John is fond of making cruel and offensive jokes, but hypocritically chides others for doing the same on Twatter.
