John "Turbo" Miller is a character role-played by Sciencegun.
Description
John Miller, also known as Turbo, is an enigmatic and very-well connected person. He is a well known business man within Los Santos and is responsible for Dodo Logistics. He also owned The Factory before The Workshop took over their manufacturing operations. He very rarely looks the same as he often likes to switch up his appearance.
Associations
Turbo is associated with a few groups, but he is most known to be close with the HoA and Chang Gang. He is very close with these groups, as he helps them with their businesses and criminal ventures. His association to the HoA began through a personal association with Siz Fulker, who he often gave work to in 2.0. Miller had a similar relationship with Randy Bullet, who he also worked closely with during his time as the CEO of Dodo Logistics.
In 2.0 Turbo was incredibly secretive, to the point where only his personal circle knew his actual name or affiliations. By 3.0 Turbo dropped this intense secrecy and began working much more openly as a civilian (even using his full legal name). This was prominently seen with his association with Siz and the HoA and his later ventures into his own manufacturing business. His association with the HoA consisted of running secretive criminal businesses; first in the form of the poison operation that operated out of the Mirror Park Tavern and then later as a core member of the Curators in the Liquid Library.
