Jesse Ranga is a young, tanned male with short blonde hair and blue eyes. He has a slim build and is very handy with repairing vehicles.
Jesse sports a beige colored jacket and new to the city. He borrowed a car for his taxi service Taxi-a-roo where he drove until the car went out of petrol.

Jesse is a taxi driver from the wee small town of Mullumbimby, Australia. He claims to be a former convicted murderer and the nephew to one Uncle D. His goal is to be an even better driver than his Uncle D, the actual best driver in Los Santos.
Jesse has claimed to have experience jail time prior to his life in Los Santos. Reformed, he is here in the city offering his friendly taxi services.
Events[]
- February 25th, 2024. Jesse joined a race organized by Yuno Sykk. In this race he met several new people such as January Fooze and Nunu El Nene. He successfully drove to Mount Chiliad and survived the ordeal where every other contestant ended up injured or incapacitated and crashed out. Therefore Jesse won by default. He helped chauffeur a few survivors to hospital.
