Jay Harper is a british immigrant born in London, residing from Peterborough. In early 2023, Jay was recruited by Patar Bellosh to be part of his mafia crime organisation, the Bellosh Crime Family. Prior to the Mafia's establishment, Jay worked diligently and honestly, supplying materials and resources to Patar Bellosh, Denzel Wallace, and Gold Rush. However, after joining the crime family, Jay's mentality shifted, as a man who was once a civilian doing honest work, he became more involved in criminal activities, showcasing his driving ability and becoming the lead getaway driver for the organisation.
The Mafia style organisation that was the Bellosh Crime Family took a shift in both presentation and operations, rebranding to "The Mob", they would become partly involved in affairs with The Mandem. This period would see Jay become a more prominent figure, eventually being elected their leader after former leader Chucky Cummings would step down. At this time, Jay was the figurehead of this up and coming group, that now worked directly for The Mandem, and operated out the block just above the Morningwood shopping district, nicknamed "Little Britain".
