Jared Creed is a former Associate of Hades and was once part of the retired group High Stakes.
Background[]
Born and raised in New Jersey, Italian-American Jared Creed's family life took a sad turn when his father abruptly left during his sophomore year of high school, leaving him, his mother, and his younger sister to fend for themselves. Jared graduated high school and joined the United States Marine Corps but his life took yet another turn when during a routine foot patrol when he stepped on an unmarked IED, resulting in the loss of both his legs.
He was recruited by a private military corporation known as The Paranormal Division (called as such as its members had to be considered "dead to the world" to join). He woke up in a hospital in Zurich, outfitted with two military-grade prosthetic legs, and was offered a position in the organization. He adopted the nickname "Spectre" and completed various missions for the division. Seeking to reclaim a sense of normalcy, Jared moved to Los Santos to rediscover himself. Initially, he only knew his friends from North Carolina, including Jason ‘JT’ Teen, the leader of their street crew East Side Ridas, and Delaney Jane, a hired gun he met during this time. Along with JT and Delaney, Jared co-founded a criminal group called High Stakes under the leadership of Dragon Rush.
Along with other members of the group, he grew close with Dragon’s gang Hades and was official made an Associate of the group in December 2024. He has worked tirelessly in the role, procuring countless materials for various jobs and assisting with any tasks that needed attention.
