General Description[]
Jane Randal has come to Los Santos looking for her uncle, James Randal, after her father claimed James is holding a big family secret that she is too young to know.
Personality[]
Jane is the niece of James Randal. The Randals are all generally stupid, have terrible memory, and repeat the same deranged behaviors, which can randomly be innocently rambling about anything and everything, to committing violent felonies. They will all defend their family's honor. She also asks anyone she meets to marry her.
Background Information[]
Jane Randal was born and raised in Queens, New York City, on July 14th, 1983. She is the daughter of Jacob Randal and an unnamed prostitute with Parkinson's Disease. Jane is the half sister of Ricky Randal and her uncle is also James Randal.
Jane's birth was an interesting one. Her mother gave birth to her in the driver's seat of a moving car and the first thing Jane touched was the steering wheel, resulting it to honk. Shortly after, newborn Jane fell to the foot of the car, her body pressing on the gas pedals, all the while her umbilical cord getting wrapped around the steering wheel. Jane recalls it "feeling like a carousel". Jane was also repeatedly dropped on her head as a baby. A family tradition, the Randals say.
According to her Uncle James, about 14 years ago (in 1999, actually), Jane had a stroke, which left her with a "stroke accent" (slurred speech) and memory loss.
Upon arriving to Los Santos, Jane quickly reunited with her Uncle James, and the two wreaked havoc on the city together. She learned of the death of her half brother, Ricky, and has sworn to avenge him by stabbing the officer who "killed him".

| Saturday, March 18th, 2023 | Jane stabbed a member of Redline, and got shot in retaliation several minutes later. |
| Jane stabbed Officer Bryan Davids thinking he was the officer who killed her brother. She was quickly arrested, alongside her Uncle James, by Officers Dwayne Carter and Harvey Holden. They went to bench trial for the charges; she fired and rehired her lawyer multiple times, asked witnesses incoherent questions, and there was even a surprise witness appearance of Jesus Christ. She ultimately lost the bench trial, was fined, and walked away with time served. | |
| Sunday, March 19th, 2023 | Jane and Uncle James joyrode Crystal Clear's PD Taurus with Crystal incapacitated in the back seat, with Richard Tips chasing after them. Tips got back into the Taurus at one point, and ended up incapacitated somehow in the backseat. Jane and Uncle James managed to get the Taurus into the elevator of Maze Bank Tower and onto the roof, which is when they drove the car off the roof, resulting in both Tips and Crystal pressing their panic buttons, alerting the rest of PD of their exact location. Shortly after, Janes and Uncle James ran back up to the top Maze Bank and were met with many officers there. The two climbed the crane, which Uncle James preceded to jump off of, and Jane grabbed Deputy Jeffrey Price's hand while on top the crane, then she let go of his hand, resulting in her getting shot down by the other officers, and was arrested. |
| Jane jumped onto someone's bike while looking for her Uncle James. Turns out the guy is in the Bondi Boys MC, and he was helping Uncle James evade from police. A chase ensued, which resulted in Uncle James and the Bondi Boy getting shot down. While that happened, Jane cornered two officers on a roof, and threw Colonel Sam Baas off the roof, but he survived and ordered the surviving unit to shoot Jane down. | |
| Once in the cells, Jane managed to steal Cadet Max Darby's gun off her holster, but the gun had no bullets, and she quickly got shot down by Deputy Johnny Divine. | |
