General Description
James Randal is an elderly man from New York. He claims to be 82 years old, but his ID states he is actually 101 (as of 2024/04/19). He is usually seen loudly stating his name, looking for his nephew Ricky, taking selfies, driving cars into the Burger Shot, joyriding, or filing a police report.
Repeated Behavior
Due to his old age, or just general stupidity, James is often seen repeating the same behaviors. This ranges anywhere from innocent ramblings to committing felonies.
James Randal & The Search for Ricky
- "My name is James Randal. I'm from New York. I'm looking for my nephew, Ricky. He is to take me to a luncheon at the Dean, where I will have a Heartbreaker, with cream, extra cheese, no lettuce, and a side of French, with extra salT."
James will loudly and repeatedly tell everyone his name, no matter how many times they have already met and no matter the circumstances. He will usually go on to explain how he is looking for his nephew, Ricky, and asks everyone if they've seen him. He proudly exclaims he is hoping to have a luncheon with Ricky at the Burger Shot or Dean World (Referred to as "The Burger" and "The Dean" by James) where he will have one heartbreaker (heartstopper) with cream (for the regularities), extra cheese, no lettuce (lettuce belongs in a salad), and a side of French (fries) with extra salt (keeps his cholesterol high), a non carbonated beverage (the carbon gives him gas), and a side salad with extra croutons and no tomato (the tomato upsets his acid affleck).
Backstory
James Randel was once a jazz producer at Interscope Records in the 1970's and was about to sign a multi million dollar deal until "Hubcip Jone" invented rock and roll music and ruined James's life. This was the beginning of James' and Hubcap's rivalry; it started with the two sleeping with each others wives but later it would escalate into fist fights and shootouts.
Selfies
James takes pictures of himself and the people/things around him at any opportunity, and will post his picture on twatter.
Vaccines and other sins
- "Are you vaccinated?"
- "You know, vaccines are created in the same part of the earth that HELL is in."
James believes all vaccines are created from the same corner of the earth that hell is in, and if you get vaccinated you will go to hell.
Joyriding
- "There is a danger."
- "I am the danger."
James will randomly hop into citizen's vehicles and tell them "there is a danger," and that they must leave their vehicle. James will then move over to the drivers seat, and if the keys are still in the ignition (they usually are), he will drive off with the vehicle and take it on a joyride.
He has done this with citizen's personal vehicles, ambulances, and police cars.
The Chief lets him
- "The Chief lets me."
When questioned if James is allowed to do something, James will claim "The Chief lets me," attempting to claim chief of police Sam Baas gave him permission to do pretty much anything, despite this never happening.
Eduard British
James Randal once went to the Tuner Shop to purchase a vehicle where he met owner Eddie Marshall, who he believes to be named Eduard British. James had seen a car "the 75" and wanted to purchase it, Eddie told James he needed a down payment of $170k to test drive the car. James then paid $170, got in the car where he received keys and drove off. James was chased by the Tuner Shop employees to get the car back. James now wants to destroy Eddie Marshall and the Tuner Shop, and James wants to watch as Eddie's business crumbles beneath his feet.
The leader of multiple gangs
After meeting The Mandem and BBMC and learning of their gang war, James took it in his own hands to end said war. Both groups have supplied him with weapons in the past to hurt the other side. The conflict between the groups has ended nowadays and James takes credit to that. He also states that he's the leader of both groups, in conversations he often says he's "the leader of The BBC" and "leader of The Mindim", and 'demoted' Tommy T to War Chief.
After finding out that Chang Gang were warring the BBMC shortly after that, he started calling himself "Mr. Chang, leader of the Chang Gang" as well.
