Father James is a priest who came to Los Santos to cleanse souls.

Father James, Herbert P, and Uchiha Jones traveled the city looking to save souls. They encountered Trooper Kael Soze and Father approached him and kindly asked him to blow into his mouth. Father noted that there was "demon dick" infecting Soze's throat. He told Soze to point to the heavens and repeat the phrase: "Leave me now demon dick, so the holy shaft of The Lord can penetrate my soul." He then removed demon dicks from Detective McCormik, and Dr. Andrews as well.

Father James tackled Deputy Bo Tucker and claimed that god made him do it. He was sent to Parsons on a 3 day hold for mental evaluation by Judge Buck Stanton.
