General Description[]
Jakka Romano is a former Meth-Lab Instructor, who also has a gambling addiction.
Moving to Los Santos[]
Jakka Romano flew into the city to move back to his mother's house on Grove Street with his great uncle, Uncle Ruckus, during the Ballas vs Chang Gang war. After being kidnapped and ran over with a car repeatedly, Randy Bullet from CG forced him to rent the house he bought in the Ballas' cul-de-sac.
After renting the house to Randy Bullet, he was given the "Weed Pass" by Street Team, and began growing and selling weed to raise funds. Jakka's goal was to begin operations in Los Santos, and start a branch of Cosa Nostra.
Meth Instructor[]
After building up an expendable income and discovering a Public Meth Lab in the Docks, Jakka began figuring out the formulas to make high-purity meth with various groups.
Eventually he figured out how to make 100% pure meth, and began teaching different gangs in the city for $100k each, with the goal of making short term money to cash out early and limit his risk.
This led to him teaching Lenny Large's group, but eventually determined that they were just trying to use him to learn everything about meth and dump him. Having been busted half-way through the meth teaching course, Jakka decided to flip on them before they could kill him off, leading to calling Captain Randy Wrangler down into the Meth Lab and being released without any charges.
Laying Low[]
After informing Randy Wrangler and Jeffrey Bundy on the Meth Processes, and snitching on Lenny Large and his group, Jakka flew back to Little Italy to let the heat die down. He returned in late March 2022, seeking an expungement and new beginnings. Upon returning, Jakka discovered that "Friends don't last forever and Grudges don't go away." With nothing left but his knowledge, Jakka began to rebuild.
Burned Alive[]
After getting snitched on selling the fake street team weed strain "SBS-kush" he grew after robbing the seeds off someone, Jakka got hunted down and later set ablaze by Pigeon and dumped in the ocean, leading to 2 week ICU stay in a coma in which resulted in losing his memories of the last 5 years of his life, forever scaring his face and losing his legs.
