Jacy Bell, nicknamed JC or Jacie, is a Hades Prospect, brought in as a hangaround by Lance Silva in January 2025.
Personality[]
Jacy is known for her assertive and confident demeanor, often described as having a "bad bitch" personality. She is fiercely loyal and protective of those she cares about. Her strong attitude and determination can sometimes come across as intimidating to others.
Background[]
Jacy Bell first arrived in Los Santos in early 2024, quickly immersing herself in the city's underworld and learning the ropes of the criminal scene.
Although she was called away for several months, upon her return later in the year, she threw herself into catching up and making connections. Thanks to her employment at the Hydrate booth at the Little Seoul Food Court, she became acquainted with individuals such as Shlomi Specter and Bambi Joyce, and even befriended The Saints member Louise Campbell.
One fateful day, Jacy encountered Skye Shields, who was working at the Slime Shack. In an attempt to help, Skye threw a rock at a car that was blocking JC’s way, but the rock was lost. Feeling remorseful, Jacy drove all the way to Sandy Shores to replace it, which sparked the beginning of their friendship. Soon after, she began participating in jobs with Skye and her fellow members of High Stakes.
Through her growing friendship with Skye, JC was introduced to several members of the Vespucci-based gang, Hades. Her involvement with the gang became more pronounced over the following month as she took on more jobs.
Eventually, Hades command member Lance Silva took notice of her efforts and made her an official hangaround.
